3. International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. Boobies Gin is not responsible for these fees, and they must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
