SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Boobies Gin! We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience, from fast shipping to hassle-free returns. Please review our policy below for detailed information on our shipping, return, and refund process.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by location)

3. International Shipping

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. Boobies Gin is not responsible for these fees, and they must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns may be restricted to certain items (e.g., sale items or limited releases) as noted at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at laurens@sentowerpark.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laurens@sentowerpark.com with a description and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
